GT Prologue Update Brings New Cars, Performance Tweaks

New by way of the Playstation Blog and SCEA this morning, an update for Gran Turismo Prologue is now available that tweaks performance and adds three new cars.

"GT by Citreon - The “GT by Citroen” concept car is the result of a groundbreaking collaboration between French automaker Citroen and Polyphony Digital. The formal debut of the vehicle took place yesterday at the Paris Motor Show, coinciding with the release of today’s update to the game. A video of the “GT by Citroen” can be viewed in HD within Gran Turismo TV."

Also added is the Ferrari California and the Lotus Evora.

For gameplay enhancements SCEA has tweaked a few things. First penalty settings have been changed during time trial periods, and speed penalties have been removed. Race events have been updated as well with difficulty level tweaks and more credits for winning first place. Finally the game has been adapted for the wireless controller a bit more and the sound settings have been edited.
