GT Prologue Vehicles, Tracks, & Differences Between Versions.

Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is just around the corner (April 17 to be exact), and racers everywhere are looking forward to the latest game Demo in the Turismo series. The finalized track and vehicle list has been announced as well as the major differences between the Japanese and American versions and all can be found within...

"Summary of differences between Japanese version and the American version:

* A whopping 30+ additional vehicles (compared to the Japanese version), including tuner cars from Amuse, Mine’s, etc.
* Another track to race on: an all-time favorite in the series - frantic and chaotic High Speed Ring!
* In Drift Mode, measure your drifting technique based on driving line, angle and speed within scoring zones on the course
* With the Quick Tune feature, adjust your vehicle’s settings including power, weight, tires and suspension
* All new set of online and offline race events and time trials to jump into, win, and unlock cars/features
* With Logitech’s new Driving Force GT racing wheel, you can adjust brake bias, traction and damper settings on-the-fly like they do in real-life with Formula One and rally cars. GT5 Prologue will support DualShock 3, too!"

Jonas I can't wait to play your copy! Finally someone has put in some other interesting cars besides the regulars that Forza and others use. I'm really glad the put in the BMW 135tii concept and oh those beautiful Alfa Romeos!! Although about four too many Suzukis lol. At least GT tries to cover the whole range of vehicles...pumped.

Yeah, as soon as I saw the BMWs, I knew you'd be excited. There are some really cool cars included in this game.

I think it is funny that the American version has 30 more cars than the Japanese version.

I'd have to admit, I wasn't really excited about the pricing when they announced it. I was like "$40 for a demo?" But when I look at Project Gotham Racing 4 and the number of cars it had (not counting bikes), I think GT5 Prologue is impressive for a "demo".
