Have you seen the peaceful animals in Far Cry 2 and just wished a lion would pop out of the brush and maul one? Well according to videogaming247, developer, Patrick Redding, says they are considering adding in predatory animals after the game launches. Other then the possibilty, Redding didn't say much more as to not spoil any suprises.
Early in the design process of Far Cry 2, predators were ruled out because of the complexity of the AI. Hopefully they will be able to get them to work well in the game because it would make things even more exciting.
Keep an eye out for Far Cry 2 when it launches later this year for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
