Just announced on GameTrailers TV, a demo for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed will hit Xbox Live and PSN on Thursday August 21st. This will be a great time to test out the game if you are still a bit skeptical.
The demo gives you a taste of what it feels like to be Darth Vader's secret apprentice. Just enough of a taste to leave you wanting more force-filled chaos.

Very cool. I had not heard about this demo. I'm really looking forward to Force Unleashed so a demo is a nice bonus.
