GamesTM magazine and the latest Official Xbox Magazine (with strategyinformer.com and Videogame247.com reporting) have the first details of the next game in the Call of Duty franchise being developed by Treyarch. Call of Duty 5 will head back to the 1940's and World War 2, but this time will be set somewhere in the Pacific region. The game will support co-op and is also being developed for the Nintendo Wii with Wii Zapper support. “There will be co-op for the first time in a Call of Duty. Also there will be vehicles and squad-based elements to the multiplayer. Formats: PC, PS3, 360 and Wii. The Wii version is being worked on by a separate team within Treyarch.
